About Aktis Performance Management

Sonia Parsons and Diane Burpee founded the company in 2000 and have built a business specialising in the complex analytical review, design and classification of job and person specifications.

Aktis Performance Management pride ourselves on partnering with our government and university sector clients to deliver integrated and value-for-money human resource services that meet their businesses needs. We achieve this by ensuring clear communication with our clients to understand their human resource needs, deliver the required service and ensure we meet required deadlines.

Our work takes into account an organisations strategic objectives as well as HR values, relevant legislation, and corporate and business plans and policies.

Sonia achieved a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Government and Public Management, and has worked within Government as a HR professional. Since 2000 Sonia has specialised in the complex analytical review and design of job and person specifications. Sonia has extensive experience in the development of operational, technical, professional and administrative job and person specifications.

As Aktis Performance Management’s Principal Consultant, Sonia Parsons, has been providing organisational review and classification services to all tiers of government and the university sector .


Diane Burpee - Business Manager/Senior Human Resource Consultant - BA (Hons)


Diane has worked for Aktis Performance Management since 2000 in both a business management capacity and as a Senior Human Resource Consultant. Diane has previously held contract positions within government and has an extensive commercial background, both of which bring a high level of understanding and a comprehensive range of experience to the assessment and development of operational, technical, professional and administrative job and person specifications.
